What are the charges against Jena Griswold? 

Jena Griswold declined to respond to the following charges that have been included in the recall petition. 

“Jena Griswold abused the office of Colorado Secretary of State and endeavored to prohibit transparent elections.

• Subject of Lawsuit by Judicial Watch for failure to purge voter registration record of deceased and Voters who have moved. 
• Subject of Lawsuit by State Representative Ron Hanks for Illegal Election Activities.
• Illegally used unregistered company (Pro V&V) to certify Dominion machines for 2020 elections.
•  Allowed Dominion to “upgrade via Trusted Builds” based on original illegal certification.
• Declared “Emergency” Rules prohibiting independent “Fraudits” without justifying the “Emergency.”
• Declared “Emergency” Rules permanent following public hearing, she didn’t attend.
• Persecuting Mesa County Clerk for investigating 2020 elections and revealing 29,000 files deleted, facilitated FBI raids of Clerk’s home and 3 citizens.
• Spent $2.8 million in Federal CARES funds, without oversight, on no-bid contract with Democrat political lobbying/PR firm for TV ads she starred in concerning 2020 election.
• Addition of 25,000 ballots after transmission to Griswold from El Paso County Clerk, November 2, 2021. 
• Fined a conservative special interest group $22,000 for minor reporting error.
• In violation of State Law, Election Campaign Finance Reports for her 2018 campaign were submitted late incurring fines which were minimized.”

Why is Dominion a bad choice for Colorado?

Colorado elections need to be above reproach, auditable and transparent.  Any Electronic Management System (EMS) used needs to provide this high level of trust and confidence for our voters.

Dominion’s history does not provide this confidence.   

• In 2018, an independent audit of the use of the EMS for the Dallas, TX, General Election raised such questions over the enormous number of error messages that an 18 month study was commissioned to study EMS services.  Read detailed findings here. 
• In 2019, Democratic Senators Warren, Klobuchar and Wyden sent a formal letter of complaint to the founders and co-CEO’s of Dominion’s parent company.  Read more here.
• In a forensic audit to test the integrity of the Dominion Voting System for the Antrim County, Michigan 2020 election, it was found that Dominion was intentionally and purposefully DESIGNED with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence results.  Any system should be designed to prevent – not encourage – fraud. Why does Colorado need a new Secretary of State? 

• Griswold authorized an upgrade to the Dominion system that resulted in the confirmed deletion of 29,000 files.  This occurred during an audit period in which voting data, by law, is to be preserved.  This demonstrates she is unfit for office.
• Presented with the results of the Dominion upgrade, Griswold chose to attack the reporting clerks rather than investigate Dominion and confirm Colorado election integrity.
• The charges against Jena Griswold are real, factual and documented.  When presented with them, she chose not to respond and defend her decisions to the people of Colorado.
