Abuse of Emergency Declaration powers

• Exceeding the scope of his powers under Colorado’s Disaster Emergency Act
• Issued a Disaster Declaration through executive order to legitimize illegal and unconstitutional closings and continuing to control businesses, schools, public and private gatherings
• Illegally and unconstitutionally mandating masks in businesses and schools, still in effect as of November, 2021
• Declared Denver a 'sanctuary city' in violation of US Immigration laws.

Missing Funds? Circumventing Tabor?

• Spent the entirety of $1.6B in CARES Act funds without legislative process
• Continues to allocate all federal Covid relief funds without legislative process, which is required in the Colorado Constitution.
• There is $510 million missing in Unemployment premiums paid by businesses!!
• There is $872 million missing in outstanding unpaid unemployment claims!!
  

Proposed Tax and Fee Increases without Voter Approval

• Increasing gas tax to a total of 48 cents per gallon (30 cents state – 18 cents federal)
• $9 annual fee on electric services ($90 in 10 years)
• Signed an executive order proposing that the state pass a regulation that would require zero-emissions vehicles, forcing vehicle manufacturers to sell more electric cars within the state each year.  His goal is to have the entire state operating on ‘renewable energy sources by 2040.  This includes automobiles of every sort, all buildings and houses, a power companies.
• Polis pushed for and signed into law that automobiles had to meet California emissions standards.  Therefore all catalytic converters that don't meet the standards must be replaced.  The price for this, parts and labor, can range from $800 to $3000, bringing a financial hardship to low income families!

Appointed radical animal rights activist and vegan Ellen Kessler to the State Veterinary Board

• PAUSE ballot initiative criminalizing animal husbandry with intent to kill agriculture industry
• Categorizing animal semen collection, pregnancy checking, livestock artificial insemination and milking cows as criminalized sexual assault!

Devastated Colorado Oil & Gas Industry by invalidating the vote of the people

• Gov. Jared Polis pledged to "actively oppose" any oil and gas measures presented during his first term. That decision forced a pro-oil and gas group to cease work on two potential ballot measures Friday. (Lied!)
• Jared Polis signed into law a major overhaul of state oil and gas rules, turning the focus away from encouraging production.
  

Continuing violation of Amendment 1 of the US Constitution

• Closing and continuing to control attendance in churches and houses of worship, while allowing liquor stores, pot shops and abortion clinics to remain open as “necessary” and “essential” businesses.
